Electrical Power
Supplied at 115 KV through two transmission lines, transforming to 13.8 KV, 2.4 KV, and 480 V for terminal operations.
Fire Protection Water
Deep well pumps water to firewater pond; two 2,500 GPM pumps feed terminal and dock systems.
Storage Tanks
34 carbon steel tanks (26.2 million gallons total), including 7 pressure vessels; VOC service tanks have internal floating roofs.
Pipeline System
12 pipelines connecting storage area to dock; 4 dedicated, 8 multiproduct; diameters 4–12 inches; materials: carbon steel, aluminum, stainless steel.
Dock Facility
Leased pier accommodates tankers up to 800 ft.; two simultaneous liquid transfers; full support infrastructure including water, nitrogen, and fendering.
Loading & Handling
Three loading racks, certified truck weigh scale, drumming station, and warehouse storage.
