Boilers, and Heat Exchangers. We have all the necessary stamps from ASME and
the National Board of Boiler and Pressure Vessel
Inspectors. Our engineers are certified inspectors by
the AWS. Demaco works with Power Plants,
Pharmaceuticals, and other industries providing an
excellent service for installations, repairs, and
regular routine preventive maintenance. We have an organized
emergency respond team that can be mobilized with a full
crew in your site within hours. Demaco has a long list
of skilled craft men and we can locate them off-hours
for emergency jobs. Our team is always ready to serve any
existing or possible new clients upon request. Our
welders are certified as per section Nine(9) of ASME
code or AWS Standards.
  
Our Boiler work includes but it is
not limited to:

supply, fabrication and re-tubing for all kinds of
boiler ranging from 1 ton/H to over 150 tons/H.

Economizers, Super-heaters and HRSG systems.

The "S" and "U"
ASME stamp jobs are conducted in accordance with the
requirements of the ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel
Codes.

The "R" symbol
and "NB" mark jobs are performed in accordance with
the requirements of the National Board of Boiler and
Pressure Vessel Inspectors.

Metallic repairs and/or alterations at our location
and field repairs and/or alterations controlled by Demaco.

National Board's "NB" Mark:
Metallic repairs and/or alterations at our location
and field repairs and/or alterations controlled by
Demaco. The scope of authorization is limited to the
items manufactured in accordance with: ASME Stamps
"S" & "U".
